  1. I really like the organic shape of your fruit peeler design, its soothing to look at in a way, the white ceramic colour suggests that its a very clean and sterile tool, almost surgical though, if you showed it in a variety of different colours in a poster then it would really stand out from the rest of the fruit peelers submitted in the class. Ergonomically I understand how it works, though the size might be harder for people with larger hands, however the fact that you've managed to encorporate simple ergonomic handling of the tool into an organic and pleasing shape to behold is brilliant.

  2. oh and maybe you should group all your project 1 parts into 1 post, it'll make it easier to comment overall instead of part by part =D

  4. LIAH! This is amazing! Your design is eyecatching & functional, and i would love to see it in a variety of funky and vibrant colours. The form dictates the way the user holds and uses it so there is no confusion or semantics in its clever design. I can see the hard word and effort you put into finishing your model to a exceptional standard and also your research and development in the early stages. Great work!! 11/10.

  5. Liah! Your product gives off such a friendly feel I feel like it was designed to fit in my hand! The shape is so organic and the matte finish symbolises the silky smooth texture of your product. I love it!

When I hold your peeler, it suits my hand very well and give a very smooth feeling. I think your peeler is very functional and very ergonomical, and playful.

  7. Hey… your design is really nice. I think it’s very eye-catching product which people would prefer to get when they see it (especially for women). As James said earlier, the most part that I really liked is the organic shape of your design. The one thing that I want to ask you is that if the peeler actually works well or not. Other than that, I would love to purchase this for my mother :)

  8. hi liah~
i think your peeler is really unique compared to a conventional peeler with the long double edged blade.
i love the smooth texture and it looks really ergonomically comfortable!
i actually have a fear of peelers as i would always cut my fingers with them when i was little. but i think your peeler alows the user to have more control over the movement and direction of where the blade is going! keep up the good work
